Found the information was published here (Michal Chudý posted the update today – it’s at the bottom of the page, what a fluke I found it!!) – The other instructions listed are all done by the installer, so they can be ignored… I imagine Amazon will remedy this issue soon, but until then this is an acceptable workaround.
